• Session Duration: Sessions are strictly timed. For example, if a 30-minute session is booked, the call or meeting will automatically disconnect exactly at the 30-minute mark.

• Accuracy of Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate birth details (date, time, and place) at the time of booking. Failure to provide correct details may affect the accuracy of the consultation.
